Strawberry Smoothie

It’s strawberry season and this smoothie offers a stellar combination of flavours. The addition of nut butter helps to keep you satiated all day long.

Ingredients:

1 pint organic strawberries
1/2 cup plain yogurt
1/2 cup orange juice
1 tbsp nut butter (try tahini)
1 organic banana
1 tsp real vanilla extract
1 tbsp honey

Method

Wash and hull strawberries. Blend all ingredients together until smooth. Yields 2 servings.
